Description
1-Bromonaphthalene (LR grade), also known as 1-naphthyl bromide, is supplied in 250 ml packaging with a purity of 98%. It has a molecular formula of C₁₀H₇Br and a molecular weight of 207.07. The product meets a minimum assay of 98% (GLC), with a density of 1.48–1.50 g/ml at 20°C and a freezing point of 1–5°C. It also exhibits a refractive index of 1.657–1.660 and low acidity not exceeding 0.5 ml N%. With a shelf life of 60 months, it is suitable for chemical synthesis and research applications.
